​A.G.D. Insurance, LLC was founded by Terry Dumer, a former insurance company underwriter and manager. Her firsthand experience within the insurance industry brings a distinctive combination of education, expertise, and practical training that enhances our ability to serve and protect our clients.​​

Our Founder

Terry Dumer, CIC
Managing Member

A.G.D. Insurance, LLC was founded by Terry Dumer, who began her insurance career in 1973. With more than two decades of experience at St. Paul Companies and USF&G, Terry built a strong foundation in both Personal and Commercial Insurance.
During her 23 years with these nationally recognized carriers, Terry worked closely with independent agents, providing training, education, and strategic guidance. Her background includes assisting in the placement of numerous franchise operations — several of which remain in existence today — demonstrating the lasting impact of her expertise and leadership.
Terry’s experience spans local agency operations to large-scale program development, giving her a broad perspective that few can match. Having worked at a regional and national level, she brings insight, depth of knowledge, and a well-rounded understanding of the insurance marketplace.
At the heart of Terry’s work is a commitment to personalized service. She understands that insurance can feel complicated and overwhelming. Her passion is helping clients gain clarity and confidence through education — removing fear and uncertainty so they can make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. 
When not advising clients, Terry can often be found in the show ring, riding and competing with her horses — a passion that reflects her dedication and competitive spirit.

Tina Bradley, CLCS

Tina joined A.G.D. Insurance, LLC in 2011, bringing a strong educational background and real-world experience to the agency. She holds a master’s degree in Combined Sciences, along with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Environmental Science.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Tina worked as an environmental consultant, conducting environmental impact studies and advising businesses on regulatory compliance. She also served in operational roles within chemical and biodiesel plants. Her experience includes developing and implementing safety plans, creating forklift training programs, and working directly with OSHA as well as state and federal regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. Through these roles, she gained direct exposure to the insurance decisions and risk management considerations businesses must address, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges owners face every day.
Her unique combination of scientific education, regulatory experience, operational leadership, and insurance specialization allows her to provide clients with practical solutions and trusted guidance. Tina understands business from the inside out — not just from a policy perspective — making her a valuable resource to both commercial and personal insurance clients.
Tina is married to Ryan, and they have three children who attend Auburn University, The University of Alabama, and Holy Spirit Regional Catholic School. Outside the office, Tina loves being present for her children and can often be found cheering them on at their games, events, and activities.
